PE is your contact for planning, applications, setup and support. Placetel services and provider terms are identified in your quote. If you prefer to start without PE advice, use our labelled referral link. The supported route remains our quote request.
Where can I find current training and help?
The Video Academy explains everyday use. Webinars list current sessions for users and prospective customers. The Partner Academy is for sales partners. Destination pages and training may be in German; the provider supplies registration and participation terms.
For existing Placetel sales partners
The Info Center, partner FAQ, bonus programmes and personal referral links require a Placetel partner account. Bonuses are for eligible sales partners, not customer discounts. Participation and terms are managed by Placetel.
Emergency option: open the provider directly
Only if the PE enquiry route is unavailable: you can open Placetel directly. This leaves the PE order process; details entered in our forms are not transferred.
