Requirements plan

Before connecting Teams, we review your Microsoft environment, intended users and telephony requirements. Using Teams alone does not establish every prerequisite for your connection. Have your Microsoft products and responsible administrator ready.

Together we decide which workplaces should use Teams for calls and where desk phones or mobile devices are appropriate. Call groups, cover arrangements and reachability belong in the same plan. Required permissions are clarified before setup; passwords do not belong in your enquiry.

For your quote, provide user numbers, your previous phone system and required features. We then separate Placetel configuration, Microsoft prerequisites and PE setup services. After setup, we check the agreed call routes and everyday use with you.
